Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Causora ("Causora", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through causora.site and related communications. Causora is an early-stage company building an AI investigation platform for business metrics. If you have a question about this policy, email hello@causora.site.
Information we collect
Information you submit
- Early-access requests: full name, business email, company, company size, primary use case and any message you include.
- Contact enquiries: name, email, company (optional), topic and message.
- Email correspondence: the contents of messages you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request) to operate and secure the website. The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. The interactive product demo runs entirely in your browser on fictional sample data and does not send what you click to us.
Customer data in the platform
Early-access customers who connect business systems to Causora do so under a separate written agreement that defines what data is processed, for what purpose and for how long. That agreement takes precedence over this policy for platform data.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and early-access requests and to arrange demos.
- To evaluate and onboard early-access partners.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use a limited number of providers to run the website and handle submissions, such as our website host, our email provider and the form-processing service or cloud infrastructure (for example Amazon Web Services) that receives form submissions. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Retention
We keep enquiry and early-access information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the website and access controls on the systems that store submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, or to request a copy of it. To make a request, email hello@causora.site. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
Causora is a business product and the website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the company and product develop. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
